Our all inclusive in-house reconstruction workforce: minimizes the cost of the project, minimizes the need for subcontractors, allows field supervisors more hands-on project management control and streamlines communication. AVB utilizes an online project management system which stores all information regarding the project in one location for the community manager, supervisors and HOA board to view and discuss the status of the project through its entirety.
