AV Builder Corp is the industry leader in the repair and restoration of medium and large scale multi-unit properties throughout the Southwest United States. AV Builder Corp started in 1981 as a small contracting company with two employees. The company entered the multi-unit reconstruction industry inI am proudto say we employ over 150 workers... 1985 and the following year expanded with the ability to perform construction defect testing and repairs. Today I am proud to say that AVB employs more than 150 workers and is licensed, insured and bonded in California, Arizona and Nevada. The company has five divisions: Reconstruction, Destructive Testing, AVB Mold, Maintenance and Emergency Water Damage Restoration. Each division has the ability to work separately or in concert with each other.

We feel that AVB brings not only a wealth of knowledge and expertise at the management level but also skilled and certified tradesmen to the table. Our combined 100 years of experience and the quality of work we provide have distinguished us from the competition and made AVB the leading contractor for mid and high-rise condominiums, as well as multi-unit properties. Our experts minimize the cost of repair by utilizing innovative and cost effective measures.  We stand behind our projects by offering 10 year warranties for the work we perform.
